Hand-harvested on Spain's Balearic Islands, our finely grained "flor de sal" finishing salts were developed in consultation with Michelin–star chef Marc Fosh. Each salt's natural flavor and color enhance a variety of dishes. Set of five flavors features: Sri Lanka, a complex blend of spices; aromatic, flavorful Hibiscus; herb-infused Mediterranean; Black Olive; and Natural.
