stefan kanchev (1915-2001) was an applied graphic artist, honored with the bulgarian state title ‘national artist’ in 1971. in his prolific career he designed more than 1000 trade marks and symbols, 650 stamps and a vast array of posters, ads, magazines, and television graphics.
