trestles
To make a table, all you need is a pair of trestles (or sawhorses), and a top (glass, wood, steel, etc.)
The advantage of using trestles is that you can decide the length of your table!
My favorite is the Sinus trestle by Daniel Lorch for its simplicity and beauty.
